Do I need ID?

Yes. Fireworks can only be sold to adults, so the person signing for a delivery or collecting in store must show photo ID such as a driving licence or passport.
Can someone else collect or sign for my order?

Another adult can, as long as they bring photo ID and your order number. We can’t hand fireworks to anyone under 18.
What happens if I’m out when the courier arrives?

The courier will leave a card and try again the next working day. Fireworks can’t be left on a doorstep or with a neighbour.
Where do you deliver?

Anywhere on the UK mainland. We can’t currently ship to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, or offshore addresses.
Can I return fireworks?

Unopened items can be returned to either store within 14 days with your receipt. For safety reasons we can’t collect returns by courier.
